Multi-chamber tower systems in ready-mix concrete plants are exposed to high mechanical and abrasive loads. Over the years of use, chemical loads in the form of water and salting out also occur. These forms of stress lead to corrosion patterns on the plant, which at some point call safe operation into question.

Our task is to inspect these systems and analyze where repair work can be carried out to preserve the value and safeguard the use of the system. In order to obtain a precise picture of the system, especially the inner and outer surfaces, the individual segments must be cleaned beforehand. Old adhesions are carefully removed so that the inspection is comprehensive.

Repairs to the tower systems can be carried out in several ways. Our technicians sometimes decide on site which repair method is the most promising. Based on our practical experience, we have developed a concept that makes the repair process proportionate.
